Now or Never Sticker
2.48" x 3"
Small Batch. Limited Edition
A family friend was caring for her terminally ill mother when I saw her twice in one week. Her mom didn’t want to cross yet, but she told her daughter that a boat was coming for her. I imagined a little boat like this coming across the Mediterranean sea for her.
I felt inspired that night to do a little watercolor painting of that boat that will one day come for all of us, whether we are ready to get in or not.
One of the awakenings from death is that our lives have an expiration date. I made this sticker to remind myself to do what I’m here to do in this world, every waking day, because it’s “now or never,” in case that boat arrives before I ever see it coming!
